Sell it you self, don't be in a rush. It took four months to sell my 94' 300zx and got 9500.00 for it. Little less of than a third of original value but had to find someone who appriciated the car.

Did you take it to a BMW dealer or Nissan dealer?

Michael.

If you're going the trade-in route, then it may be best to have a BMW dealer buy your M3. The BWM dealer should give you a higher resale value because they're more familiar w/ your car.

That is a good buy. Too good? Check the Odometer. How many miles does it have?

I don't know if by ridiculous you mean high or low. I bet those are 400 hard miles, though.

well the car has never been titled i just dont know hard its been test driven. I mean for 4 grand difference i could have a new track model with no miles. so 32 doesnt seem like that great of a price to me

If it has never been titled, that means it has been test-driven and salesman-driven the whole time.

It depends on your intentions. If you expect to keep the car long-term, don't get it. If you expect to sell it before the drivetrain warranty runs out, you're probably OK.

It all depends on what you can afford and what you're willing to accept. Follow your gut.
