Need Fenders Rolled in WNC

Hey guys I live in Western NC up in the mtns. Not too many people here ride around in lowered Zs/Gs. My question is do any of you all possibly in the surrounding area have access to a hub mounted fender roller? I found places online to rent them, but I thought I would check with you guys first. My body shop said they could do it with a hammer and I chuckled lol. I would rather have piece of mind by using the correct tool. Thanks in advance for any help.
