Jun you might want to include in your original post the complete set of items such as food and silverware that are in need for the BBQ to choose from. So that whoever comments on the thread stating that their going and also state what they'll be bringing, then you can add their name to the list that are going along with the items that they'll be bringing next to their names and have the list of people going put on your original post.

Just add the list of people going on your original post as they comment along on the thread. I think you get the picture, LOL!!!
