I think we need to start organizing who is going to bring what so that not everyone shows up with buns and no burgers !

We also need to keep in mind that this is probably going to be a bigger group...

Since I'm in training and don't count as a body techinically, I already took the day off of work.

I just called Crandon Park and we need to reserve a picnic area. We need to collect 5 dollars from everyone attending to reserve the spot. We need at least 30 people to get the total amount needed. Lets start a list of everyone who has paid. We will start collecting at this next Saturday meet at Starbucks.
Any extra money collected will go towards food for everyone.

 

I will try to stop by on saturday and drop off money - can you confirm when and where?

Yes I am. I already called and they told me they had Shelter #1 and #2 available which is right next to the parking lot.
Same as last time, if some of us can pitch in to cover the shelter that would be great.

Last time it was $10/person x 15 people I believe.

So if you are willing to contribute the $10 towards the shelter please let me know.

I can pay for the shelter and you guys can reimburse me, I think that would be easier, but I need firm commitment, I don't want to pay this myself and later have people telling me they won't pitch in because they won't make it/etc.

So please e-mail me if you are willing to contribute for the shelter.
