Decided to make an official thread for my car club here in the J-ville area. Currently, we're 7 350Zs and 1 300ZX... We're looking to get more members and get a bit more serious in the car scene. I'll post pictures, events and so forth in this thread so if you're down to hang out or go to a car event, feel free to join us! PM me if you want more details...

3/26/2011 - White Oak High School Fundraiser Auto Show

So we decided to go to the auto show and after much discussion decided to show our cars (Even if mine had RUST on the trunk right next to the DENT, lol... but I figured my turbo would make up for it. hehehe). It was an ok show if you like classic domestic, best of show was a 1959 Station Wagon that looked amazing. Besides good lucking muscle cars (mother of god...) there was little else to admire. Miata with neon... Hulk green Eclipse w/ mitsubishi stickers all over, Cobalt (non-SS) with a huge wing, Cavalier w/ lambo door... you know, the usual... Ugh. Here's some pics of our cars lined up.

I'm not going to lie, but I've been in jville for 2 years now and have never seen you guys. Are there weekly meets? If not we should all get together sometime or something.

 

i agree with BlueZ33, i see 350Z's all the time rolling around here. we just need a common area (parking lot) to meet up at. any ideas?

Going to be opening up a performance parts shop near the Triangle in Jacksonville this week. Just need to sort out what days we're going to have meets, etc. That way it'll just be a spot anyone can come and meet up at.

Wednesday night is when we're going to open. We're all for having people stop in though while we're working on setting stuff up.

Alright so we're open starting Wednesday. We want to have the car meet starting at 7 p.m that night so we can have everyone meet up. Really short notice, but if you know anyone to come, let them know.

Don't know if you guys are still around but i'm really interested in a meet!

 

Would be nice to get meets going here again, always see some Zs around and normally get a few waves. Was a little sad when I went to Bdubs and saw a bunch of Evos meeting there. Where are the Zs hiding!?

 

Well yall are in luck. I've started a club that originated out in Lima Ohio and we are looking for more people. We are going to be doing as many events as North Carolina has to offer. My Z has been down for the past few months, so I havent been out and about as much. But... if there are meets going on, please advertise the hell out of them!! post it up here and other poplar place or something so that we can get a decent group/meet going in this God forbidden area!
