2006 350Z GTR Looking for Best Front End Shop - Tampa
I had a fender bender that called for a rail replacement. All work was done and I picked the Z up and it drove ok, not perfect for a few miles, progressively after another few miles, it was outright AWFUL.
Took it back, they re-aligned it and it was ok for the first few miles, but resorted back to unacceptable. It felt mushy, didn't provide the drive it always had and I had no confidence in it.
Took it back and again they tweaked it out. Same thing, for the first few miles it seemed tighter and drove ok. Within 10 miles, it was back out again. They told me they want to add a mod adding a camber adjustment since they say there is no camber adj on a Z.
The mechanic who did the last tweaking told me this was the best thing because the insurance company isn't going to replace parts that are "slightly bent". That didn't sit right with me.
I am wondering why they need to add a mod to my Z that for 45,000 miles drove killer.
My thought is if everything was repaired correctly, why should I have to go that route?
If something is still slightly bent, then they are short cutting things.
So, I am looking for suggestions for the best place in Tampa to have an evaluation done. Hopefully someone who specializes in Z's.
Thoughts, suggestions??
Thanks in advance for for the assist.

why did u put GTR in your title? and yes u are right. If everything was fixed like it was before this happend, then your car should run as if it had never happend. Go see someone who knows what they are doing because it sounds like whoever you took your car to doesnt know much or anything about Zs
