Hey guys. I'm new to the Greenville area, and also new to owning a Z. Just picked up my redline 06 a couple months ago.

 

Let the modding begin! There is almost always something to do around the area pertaining to cars. I few of us get together every so often. A few of us have cars in the shop destined to never return. Welcome

 

I forget I even own a Z its been gone so long. Looking at buying a proxy Z or something.

Mine has been sitting on stands for over a month now. I started to do a few things here and there but I am on the road A LOT. So now I am chopping at the bit for a couple days off. I changed out the head lights, rims and tires. Pulled the door handles and side mirrors off to get repainted. Mod the front reflectors with led lights. Pulled all the badging off to get repainted/changed out. And got a K&N typhoon induction for it. Not really bad for never being there! Now I juat have to remember how it all goes back together.

If I had the z from the shop, I would never leave the house in this weather. My 240 acted like it had 800hp, lol. So many cars in the ditch on my way home from work last night. People stuck on hills that weren't even hills..

 

You do body work or you just have a G too?

So. whos going to z dayz? Found out that I have a 5 day weekend that weekend! Trying to go up fri morning and maybe come back sunday sometime. Whos down? If my z isn't finished in time, where can I rent one? lol

 

I have yet to make it to zdayz and id love to but I think I'm too busy at work to get away. I'll try for sure !!!

 

I have Zdayz off. Will be back from canada for it. Havent been in years (did stop by last year in the 335i but not as fun)

but if they have the big dog airstrip event i would go to it as well.

 

Cux, you need to make it out to the GA half mile. That event is always great. Been twice. They have it in Sept.

Anyways, I applied to a position in PA for a compressed natural gas tech. They called me today wanting to do an interview..I have a friend in CA that works for the same company. He says he makes bank with no experience when he started..They wanted some experience in hydraulics and a mechanical back ground, both of which I have. So im pretty excited to see how it turns out. They have spots in Tx that I want to ask about. They send you out to Colorado for training/ schooling. If this job doesn't work out, then the zdayz event is still on. If I manage to get it then, I don't know how this will work out. Guess i'll see..
