We got REAL lucky and had MUCH less rain than anyone expected; only that brief downpour on Saturday and just light sprinkles on Sunday (their may have been more for the Time Trials afer I left.)

yeah he was my instructor!
i had no idea that the G force in that car was so much. i mean toward the last of the 30 min session i was almost sick! yeah that car was awesome. i think it was running way over 350 hp to the wheels. he said he was running about 7 lbs of turbo psi and he usually runs 12! he said the car usually has about 100 more hp.
im glad the weather held up today! by the way what was an on average lap time on the time trials.

Thanks Guys,
We had a great turn out.
Of course the rain started right at the begining of the TT.
I hope everyone had a great time. Thanks Brian for taking the picts.
BTW, be sure to give us some more details about working the corners.
I'll post more details later about the event.

Great Pics & Vids Brian.
Extemely high props to everyone at TZC and TSCC for an excellent event. I had a fantastic time, and it was great to meet so many of you at the event. I was quite impressed by the Z showing.
Back in high-school when I ran my Maverick Grabber, I used to just knuckle in as Corvettes blew by me. This weekend was all about passing Z06s and lapping ZR1s. I can now die a happy man. I do respect the bow-ties, but ya just gotta brag when you can. Now if I could just keep from cooking my back brakes!!!! Thanks to our cousins from up north for coming through with an extra set of rear OEMs.
I am working on cleaning up my pics to post now. I do have a shot of that RX-7 in the paddock and I have some shots of you too Mc.

roark cool i would love to see the shots of me. and that beast of an rx-7! we got half way to VIR and i said to my dad wheres the camera? needless to say he forgot it! i think my brakes survived(considering i only did one day) my only casuality was my centercaps that blew out. you can find my thread on that under the wheel forum! so yeah ill keep checking this thread for the pics!
so how did you feel about your day? i thought it was one of the coolest things ive ever done! i cant wait to do the full course and really let it rip i only got the Z up to about 118 on the uphill straightaway!
speaking of bow ties hopefully by the fall event i can run my C6!
