Well, heres the deal, either the connections in the motor are going bad to the magnets or brushes, the brushes are getting worn, or it just has carbon buildup inside of the motor.
I have yet to tear apart one and see exactly how it is setup inside.
Newayz, your prob going to need a motor soon. You can easily tell if the motors going bad by slamming the door when it is choosing not to work. It knocks some of the carbon free inside of the motor and it will operate again (for how long? who knows, sometimes it will operate for just that day, other times itll go for a week or a month b4 it starts messing up again).
^^^^^^^this is not a fool proof test, sometimes it works, other times it doesnt. Ill talk to ya at the meet about it.

well ok so the latest update my new bumper will be in on friday but im dropping off my car on moday to get started on it so i guess i will be making z fest after all and rocking a new look ::woooooooooohooooooooo:: i almost didnt think i was gonna make it since the guy that was shipping my bumper told me that i might not be gettig my bumper for a month and i almost fell over and caught a seisure. but im pretty sure im still going to make it yay!!!

BamBam, very very nice car, I have to compliment you, I certainly do hope that your tech up in GA can and will fix that piston slap. Im 90% positive that is what that noise is, if its not piston slap then there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with the heads retaining oil in them needed for a smooth start up but I honestly dont think that noise is coming from the valvetrain.
On another note, YALL ALL HAVE NICE FRIGGIN CARS, and I appreciate the knowledge and guidance that some of you were kind enough to give me and talk to me about the car and let me know whats up when modifying them. I can fix certain things on them all day long but when it comes to modifying the Z Im still a Newb

Who were the two guys in front of me (both G35's) when we were leaving the parking garage. Idk if yall saw or not but the reason I honked my horn was because the hyundai next to me saw fit to try and merge into my lane with my car right there still LoL.
