If you still cant find it then tack that onto the list of stuff Im going to try and decipher for you this saturday at the dealership.

I have two issues with the car right now.
First issue is, when I start the car in the morning and it has sat all night and it was cold. The tranny makes a wirring noize until it warms up.. It has me confused. Doesnt do it any other time. Just when the car is cold.
Second issue, in the engine bay in the front right portion of the car their is a buzzing sound, it sounds just like a fuel pump noise. I think its one of my pullies going out. It is intermittent wich drives me crazy, I cant take it to anyone to look at it. It really gets loud when I get on the car for a bit.
Does anyone have any ideas?

1. Are you sure thats not the throwout/pilot bearing being uber noisy since there cold? Mine makes the "stone grinding" sound quite loudly in the morning every time I start it.
2. The buzzing noise, Possibly check your power steering fluid, if not that then take a long screwdriver and while the engine is running apply the tip to the suspect component and place your ear on the end of the screwdriver. Obviously dont put the tip on something or somewhere that it could be pulled or snapped on by a moving component.
Yes I know some of you are looking at me like wtf, are you serious, but yes, that method works quite well and can help decipher what is making the noise.
That and if youve ever wanted to hear what your engine sounds like up close, put it on your injector, youll hear it pulsing, valve cover, youll hear your valves opening and closing, front cover of engine, youll hear the timing chain whirring around.
Nosurf if you still cant figure out what it is Ill take a look at it Ill just have to find time, or better yet let me know when you have time and Ill fit my schedule to yours.

Based on your mileage, Ill go ahead and feel comfy ruling out a/c clutch overheating. The accesory belt would only be slipping if you have underdriven pulleys on it and have not tightened the belts up, if you dont and the belts are old, then you may need to replace them.
Unless youve spilled engine oil on your exhaust or modified something on the engine to do with the oil system I dont see how thats happening.
Also that gerbil wouldnt be stuck in the exhaust heat shield, if anything theres a hamster hanging out in your fan blade housing.
