Well even when things go right, something goes wrong. Axis sent out my rims this week.. For some unknown reason the back rims made it here two days early and the fronts are still in NC.. So at least I have two of them in hand and have to wait till Monday to get the other two.

Do You think I can run the back rims with the front stocks ??

 

LOL - I actually had to do that for a couple of days. When I got my new wheels, one of my fronts arrived damaged, and I had a blow out on my stock rear. Talk about driving around with crazy understeer for a couple of days.

 

I think it's at airport Hooters...I'll go check the OZOC site in a little while and find out for sure.

 

Ok, just checked the other thread and the OZOC site...anybody know where we're meeting tomorrow??? It just says date & time, not which Hooters.

VDC/TCS light might come on.

 

You know, we actually didn't have good service that night - our waiter kept running over to the bar to watch the football game. LOL

 

If you have VDC and you run a different sized rim then yes it will come on and will be fighting you driving the whole time. If you have just TCS I dont think the light will come on so long as you dont start pushing the car to the point where the TCS would normally engage and counteract what your doing.


Guys Ill be at the meet tommorrow but only for about a hour or so. I have a bday party in tampa Im going to tommorrow night.

Well I put one rim on to see how it looks and then I decided to put the other one on. I dont have to drive the car till monday to go to work and then my other two should be here. So I guess one day wont be that bad.. I thought it might look bad, but the car seems to look level. I will have to take it for a ride in a little and see if there is that much of a difference driving it. If there is, then I will just throw the stock back on till Mon night.. Probably not going to make it tonight. Since Heather gives up her Saturday nights to hang out with me, We are going to LL for a V Dub meet tonight. Will probably tke a ride out to the Jade show tomorrow and look around..
