damn..so i''ve been calling a few places and it turns out 60mm gauge pds are rare!!! I have my CF ones and it would be too close for me to cut them larger..as a matter of fact..i think they would not fit at all! no matter how much cutting i do...AAHH

they are either 52mm or 60mm...i have 60mm...and it looks like too tight of a fit...i have a dremmel in one hand and my carbon fiber pod on the other..and i just can't convince myself that it will work...it doesn't measure up!

here's a visual of the dilemma...

looks wider..and may not have enough material to enlarge the hole.

to cut or not to cut..that is the question!

use the little round sanding bit. If can cut the vents on my hood out with a dremel you can make you holes a little bigger.

i know that...i cut my hood too with a dremmel..i have not doubt about cutting..it's running out of material to cut that's my prob.....seems like the tops and bottoms of the pods might not just barely be 60mm

^^^^^^^ yeah what Matt said...My Defi gauge has the very same outer ring on it also and with da cutting and flush fit you shouldn't be able to see any cutting...Bad part is cutting little by little then fitting and all over again. ....Also had to put some electrical tape around the lower part below the ring to keep it in place(sliding& turning)..

Tires Way on 50 can do it, they put on my camber kit for my eclipse and it is real low, they and nix and black are the only ones I know of. nix and black seemed to be crooks to me. they wanted to do shady business when I went to them. tires way has taken care of me every time I have gone there. they can hook you up. that is where I will be taking my car once I drop it.

I went there once and I met Cesar Torres brother who works there. I think he's in charge. I've heard he's a Z specialist. (??)

It's been about 4-6 months since the last time I was there. I think the guy's name is Yali, Yani or something like that.

About $69, but you can get a $10 off coupon on their website, which I used when I went there. http://www.tiresway.com/special_eng.htm
