No, he was going to but certain peeps didn't show in time....But Rich and I went over to Performance Factory and got a chance to look around...Very cool...Seen a few slow F/I VQ's around you know the norm.. ...Seen someone gettin Vortec supercharger installed...(not going to say, i'll let them do that if they want)..Also seen that slow azz blue aps tt Z in there(what a slug..He-he-he-he..J/K)...Jeremy and Matt were turning wrenches...Got ride along side Rich's Skyline MAN that car makes da slow and delirious crowd break there necks...

 

Hey, guys - need some help...

I'm thinking of moving to Orlando this summer for work, but I need to find a nice safe place to live. We looked at a place in Metro West today, but I got home tonight and googled the area and it seems to be high crime. I'm looking to rent for a year or so until I decide where I want to buy, or if I even want to stay in Orlando. Any suggestions?

 

Ocoee, FL right outside Orlando( 5-10min drive ) I have a house to sell....lol

 

If I was looking to buy, I might take you up on that. I'm really getting depressed reading about all the crime, but I'm also getting sick of the boring Space Coast.

 

Yeah the Metro West area is getting pretty hot cause Pine Hills is right next to it.
For Orlando, I'm a fan of the North West, and the South West.

 

what part of town are you going to be working in, college park is right by downtown and is a cute safe little town. lake mary and heathrow area are nice. there are a lot of good parts of winter park as well.


every where else to me is getting pretty bad, i have lived here my whole life.

there are some cool spots in the conway area, or expensive places like avalon or baldwin park, or if you can get out towards winter springs or oviedo, those are nice too....

Are you looking to buy or rent and how long till you are ready to move? Heather and I are talking about moving to West Palm Beach in the very near future. If we do move, I will be renting out my house.. 3 / 2 w/ Garage in Winter park

It's about time someone guessed.

It is Matt's car. I wouldn't have recognized it if not for the plate.

 

I'm kinda partial to the north side of town, Lake Mary, Altamonte, Longwood, etc.... but it really depends on where you're working also. I worked down by the airport for 3 years and it took me about an hour and a half every morning to go 25 miles. If I was working on the south side of town still, I'd be looking at the Lake Nona area as there are alot of rentals at good prices right now.
