Darn.... I'm sorry to hear about your job too Sean. It's happening everywhere. The Co. I work for went from a profit of $26 millions in '06 to a $2 millions profit in '07 but at least the competition is running red numbers. They've been laying off people here for about a yr. I've been here for 8 1/2 yrs but you never know (knock on wood). I don't know what you do but I do Title Insurance and the Real Estate business is not a good place to look for a job right now. If you want, pm me what you do or what you are looking for just in case I hear about somebody hiring (not where I work obviously). Just remember that everything that happens in our lives be it good or bad has a purpose. You know we are here for you bro!!!!

My job is in limbo too downtown, I work for HD Supply and the housing market is killing every one of our lines of business slowly but surely

REAL ESTATE BUSINESS IS GOOD AND IT'S BAD...

IT'S GOOD IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO HOLD PROPERTIES...CAUSE I CAN FIND PROPERTIES RIGHT NOW FOR AS LOW AS .40 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR.
BUT ANYWAY...I'M KINDA CHANGING ROUTES A LITTLE TOO..MARKETING TO SOME OF THE LANDLORDS RIGHT NOW...I'VE ALWAYS HANDLED MY OWN PROPERTIES AND AM LOOKING TO EXPAND AND HANDLE SOME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR OTHER OWNERS.....

^^ Yeah Carlos, for what you do is excellent. But the Title Insurance market is losing millions in residential transactions. The commercial market it still "good-great". Rumors are that the residential business will be slow at least until beginning of 2010. We'll see.
