kendall is huuuge (i guess you'll find out when you come down here). What i meant was like an exact address so i could pass by and check it out.
There are many apartments around Kendall. I suggest go to www.apartmentguide.com and search there for what you are looking for. Then accordingly, inquire about it to see if any of us have heard about it.
So what will you be doing in this shop? Sales? Tech?

I suggest getting familiar with the location of the shop because as JUN said Kendal is a large area and with traffic you want to be close to the shop. I would guess that from east to west kendall can be considered to be about 10 miles long that will take you about 30-45 minutes to drive.

i found some apartments around my house, called "Le Club at Saga Bay", they look nice, i was actually looking for one:

And from there to SFP it's not too far.
