Thanks guys for the support. Being out for a while, had to take some trips but I got a place in Miami near the 195 bridge leading to SOuth Beach. So far I loved the city. Didn't see to much G/Z tuned, just one white G356mt with mays on it. I'm working on Cypress Creek Rd. 30 min. commute from home on the I-95, not bad at all. Hope to see you guys on the street.

 

A lot depends on your status, i.e. Married with kids looking for low crime and good schools or young, single and looking for the beach? If it is the former you will probably want to look at places like Weston, if the latter there are plenty of nice places, condos and appts right on the beach in the Ft Lauderdale or Hollywood area.

I just moved last year from San Fransisco, like someone said the views suck, but 75 degrees in January is always nice and I have a ZR so having the top down every day is a beni and not something I could do in SF.

 

If you want to live south of the city, and on the east side check out Hallandale Beach. Very nice area. Judging by your ride you can afford it. 2 bedroom appartment rents will be in the $1.500-2,000 per month area for something descent. It.s about 45min - 1 hour from south beach.

Hollywood beach is also nice, and farter south and equally pricey. Move out west, and you can find cheaper rent in areas like Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Weston.

i went to one last night but it wasn't my thing, too many knuckleheads and two ghetto-*** girls fighting one with a baby in her hands, so i dipped early. i only got a chance to meet one person from this board,maybe next time.

I see your car often in South Beach, if it's the same car we are talking about. Anyways, i'm the only one that drives my car and I still have California plates on it, so it won't be hard to notice it.
