The 2nd annual got-z forum gathering will be in Denver June 16th- 20th.

95% sure we will have a track day on Friday June 17th. Open test and tune schedule at the track.

June 16th-- arrivals and informal get together to go over track day. Unofficial official hotel is the Raddisson on 120th and I-25

June 17th-- Track day at 2nd creek raceway (95%) More info to follow.
Evening Dinner at Cinzettis, 104th and I-25

June 18th-- Local attractions, Forney's transportation Museum,
Wings over the Rockies Air museum Lowry.
Evening is open, possible Little Bear in Evergreen,
Local night life in Denver, Suggestions?

June 19th-- Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park drive and picnic(BYOF)

June 20th-- Wind down day for everyone

I may be at some of this, that is if I don't go to a NHRA race back in New Jersey that weekend. I am still deciding if I am going to do that.

Do we need to register or do anything for this Darrel, or do we just show up?

it's a good idea to register, that way we can get a head count for all who will be coming. the track day will be a regular test and tune day. You pay the track manager if you want to track your car. If you decide to meet for the dinner friday night we would need a head count so we can let the restaurant know how many to expect.

So far there are 34 signed up. We might have about 8 datsun roadsters coming on the drive.

 

We're there,hooking up with the northwest and southwest convoys in SLC. Not sure how many days we'll stay but so far the plan is to join the convoy, I think that'll be the best part.Nothing better than a zillion z's rollin together

I have registered, and am set for Friday night and Saturday. I am really hoping some others from this board will be able to attend as well. What do you think guys?

Thursday night will be an informal get together at the bar in the radisson. We'll just go over what we will do.

Hopefully the track will work out. I have a call in to the track manager. He is still trying to get the MRA to move down from the Mead track that weekend.

I will try and keep everyone up to date on got-z with the latest news.

Give me a call sometime on thursday, I am taking that day off waiting for the arrivals. You should still have my number.

I thought I had it but don't. Can you PM me with that info and maybe what time you might all be getting together on Thursday night. I am in Glenwood Springs working that day all day. I am hoping to make it back in time to hang out and get a beer.

I'd like to come out for some of the events, but between the fact that I have company in town this weekend and that the Z will likely be in the shop for a new tranny, I probably won't be able to make it. Should be a fun weekend, though.

the radisson on 120th, will be the starting point for the drive, track day and museum tour.

I won't know for sure when most will be getting in. any where from 5pm to 7-8pm.
