Morning Arizonans.

My Birthday is next week. My Wife bought me a Racing adventure deal through living social. The ticket says it expires in June.

My Daughter called to make an appointment for me (this was all to be a surprise) and the man she spoke to laughed at her, said we sold too many and and are not honoring them. She asked to speak to the manager, he laughed again and said I am the CEO! She asked his name and all he would say was Dave (why hide your last name if you are right) David Zubick?

I am hoping people will let him know if he makes offers through groupon type companies, he needs to understand the concept of loss leader. As of now he has stolen 125.00 and laughed at a young girl when he callously told her she had been robbed. He then had the nerve to say we can pay the 125.00 difference!

What an @ss.

lol yeah thats a credit card charge back all day long.. sorry about their "returns " policy but yeah.. no way.

 

I called Dave. He said My Daughter is a @!%# liar, that his employee (they said they were him) said they were not rude nor laughed and that my threat (you won't be laughing alone) has been reported to MCSO and if he wants I can be arrested.

I asked over & over did Living Social offer the service without his permission. He refused to answer.

I will be filing an internet fraud case with the proper agencies.

My Wife was solicited by Living Social in an email to buy a race day which she did as a surprise for my Birthday which is 5/9. She paid 125.00 and got a voucher supposedly valid until 6/19/13. My Daughter called Racing Adventures (the provider) yesterday to make my appointment and was told they sold to many and were not honoring it. She asked for a refund and was laughed at. The person said he was Dave, the CEO when she asked for a manager. I posted to their facebook and mine what I said above plus Dave won't be laughing alone when the dust settles and he texted her that I threatened him and was liable for 1,000,000dollars and jail time. I called him, he cursed, yelled and refused to offer anything. They have our 125.00 and we have nothing. Living Social does not answer the phone and their response by email offers nothing.

My problem is that they think they can offer a deal, the vendor can say no, it did not work out for me so fu and the buyer is supposed to say ok?

Then this @ss thinks he can be rude to anyone but especially a girl calling to arrange her Father's B-day present and then that he can lie.

He had the nerve to say I cold be arrested (per MCSO) but refused to answer the simple question, did Living Social offer the deal without his permission.

He ended up hanging up on me after a barage of curses. I called back, someone else answered and I told them to tell him I'd meet him at MCSO anytime.

I hope he loses many customers over these threads.
