I don't see why they wouldn't work. When I interned a Walt Disney World I used to pick up guest's transmissions on the work two ways and I am sure not everybody had the same brand. The channels they work on are pretty standard.

Yeah those radios will work as long as you are on the same channel and same quiet code. We have to set it up prior to the run.

BTW: I am an ex-Radioshack employee.

I have 2 two-way radios but don't know if they will work with others.

Anyone in the Denver area want to meet up then drive to CS? I'm thinking in the I-25 & C470 area.

We are meeting up at 7:45-8:15am outside of Borders Book store at Park Meadows, I think it is earlier in this thread?

I guess the guys with no fear will lead, us that have had accidents/ tickets in the last 60 days will follow up the pack. Someone said there are a fair amount of cops on this route. Is this the deal?

I have two friends that have both been pulled over coming home from Cripple Creek. Again, the HP loves to catch drunk drivers and speeders coming home from a day of play. I don't know anyone to get busted on the way there, but I don't see it being any less lisky since they're on the same road. My .02
