Default Blew out a rear tire today......

I blew out a rear tire today. It was not a fun experience. But all fixed will both rear tires replaced. It will be good not to be running on homemade slicks for Sunday!

All of us that have radios (I now have 1 extra) need to decide on what channel to use. Any suggestions?

2 or 22 if there's bleed-over. That's what we usually do on our multi-car drives.

I've gone from a "big fat maybe" to "maybe." If the weather holds out; the planets align and I feel like it - then you might see me there. Actually, I'm a little concerned about how "spirited" the driving will be. This route is not a good one for opening up the throttle for extended periods. If you want to get some G's out of your Zs, then I suggest we do a trip to PMI soon too.

Thanks! I had several people tell me the same about the MAc Dyno Day I set up. Not taking all the credit though. It takes a mature group to have everything go smoothly.

Well I made it to La Junta and had my track fun. This is more a fun run not a Cannonball Run.

I've not been to La Junta yet, but as I'm told, PMI is a far better place to gouge your rotors (which I've done quite nicely). When are you leaving? Maybe we can make a PMI day happen for you before you depart.

Joel

P.S. What's your fastest Connon Ball Run?

Dude, I just got my car back from the accident/ticket I got. I'm going for a cruise, or do you have issues with peer pressure? I feel that pain, nevertheless, I am there for a CRUISE (old school style)

Well I haven't done PMI road Course but have done the drag. La Junta was fun though and for $30 for all day I'm not bicthing. I'm also leaving the first part of May.
My fastest solo Connonball Run was 145+

You've got me beat by +1. The highways in Southern New Mexico are long and straight as the eye can see. I had "weight rewards" though - GF, luggage and a case of wine.

I'm pretty sure we'll make it Sunday - no tripple digit speeds for us though.

Was wondering if you guys want to cut through the Garden of the Gods from 25 to get to 24? This will make the cruise a bit longer, not much, but more scenic also.
Here's the map: http://www.gardenofgods.com/yourvisi...s/index_26.cfm
