Smile APS-TT tuner in colorado

Hi all you Colorado Z owners.

I have spent a long time reading in the F/I section of this site. (before I even registered) I see that all the big-time tuners/mod shops seem to be in Cali/Florida/Georgia...

I am not to far off from the purchase of my first Z car. Been saving along time now, plan to drive it a month or so N/A, then go built lower half/ with aps-tt and utec etc....

The crazy part is that I am going to start and hopefully finish this work on my own with some good auto buddies. If in the event I screw something up, its gonna have to go to a good shop. Besides that, I am going need to take it into a good tuner for a final dyno/tune.

What options are there in Colorado for this?

I plan on tuning my car with the UTEC at Mac Autosport in Parker.

You may want to check with Boulder Nissan. I remember they talking about becoming an APS dealer.

I wouldn't go anywhere other then TC's Performance in Arvada. Has one of the best reputations as a tuner in the state. Other's here have used him for many things as well. Does alot of Hondas, but has been getting more and more into Nissans, especially 350Z's

As per Brian's recommendation - TC Performance. Although I'm not sure if he does Unichip, or is willing to learn it, but he's been up for other tuning challenges as far as my buddies go. Superb work at a very competitive price.

I'm taking my 350z to him to get built and turbo'd hopefully by the end of this year.

Interlocken Imports www.myspace.com/interlockenimports

Not sure to what extent these guys can help you but they do great work and are willing to help anyone with just about everything. You even might want to call to see if they know anyone if they cant.
