No, you're right.
It seems low, but you live in CO, so altitude plays a large difference in your E.T. and trap speed.

Because I wanted the Nismo floormats so I needed a real Nismo part to justify getting them............ Just kidding. No real good reason for going with Nismo. I haven't heard anything bad about it, and Boulder Nissan had it in stock so I figured what the hell, why not......

I was interested in a nismo CAI till I saw the price. lol I'd rather just have the upper and mount a JWT popcharger on it. Instead I put a Z-tube on, popcharger and ducted some air in from the front bumper. I still would rather have a nismo part though. lol Nice purchase.

I have setup my Injen intake both ways. It felt like I lost power with the CAI setup. With the Short Ram setup(same thing as JWT Popcharger, I felt a power gain and it sounds awesome. In addition, it is easier to clean. If I could do it over again I would have brought JWT Popcharger and saved about a $120 bucks. Sorry for the thread jack.

Default Its installed!!!

I just finished installing the CAI. It only took about an hour and a half. It was easier to install then my damn stereo system!! I don't know what difference it made in performance, I'm sure it did some thing, but it sounds FREAK'N awesome!!!!!!!!! Now I just need the exhaust....

Looks great! Can't wait to hear it at a meet sometime. For an exhaust (if you're looking for the Nismo), you should contact this guy:

isn't there an issue with the car shutting off while driving b/c of the popcharger? that sounds like a pretty f'n good reason to me.

Kevin,
Don't worry about it. I'm having fun learning how to get things installed with using the ol check book! I have a crazy few days, but maybe Saturday or Sunday we'll get you out of the house and have some fun with it!
