Sorry, that's "cool talk" like the kids use....Estes Park, The old Stanley hotel from the Shining would make some killer backdrops for pictures It is very old (20"s classy/party Hotel) plenty of good places to get lunch in that area. Plenty of twisties on the way up there. Just an idea though.

Well I'll be driving up from Fountain. So that's an hour at least to South Denver. Also don't know if you all saw this: https://my350z.com/forum/south-west/215163-kevinapex-update.html Was thinking of making this a morning cruise & eveing party. Meet up in somewhere in Denver, Cruise to Estes Park, cruise back and head to Kevin's afterwards for the get together/party. Of course with the "OK" from Kevin and everyone else. Just throwing out suggestions.

That sounds like a plan.

What's a nice central place with a large parking lot in Denver that isn't too much of a problem getting a bunch of cars (aka: Zs) onto the hwy to Estes Park?

EDIT: First, here is the link for Estes Park I found: http://www.estes-park.com/index.html
From the map, I suggest meeting somewhere right off of I-25 and 36/121, IE; Westminster. I'm persuming that what we're taking, 36 the way up? Also I found this link that has senic drive routes: http://www.estes-park.com/go/scenic.html The "Peak to Peak" drive sound interesting for the return trip.
Map:

I suggest meeting up around 09:00 and leave around 09:30. The drive from Westminster to Estes using 36 is about 1hr 15mins, 10:45/11:00. We could have lunch somewhere in Estes, take pics ect... Be back on the road around 12:30/13:00. The Peak to Peak drive, they say is 3hrs, with stoppin for pictures and such figure 4hrs at most. That puts us on I-70 between 16:00 & 17:00. We can than go party the rest of the eveing up at Kevins!!! Hope this gives some help.
Also I'm only giving a suggestion... If anyone else has any other ideas please share.

sounds like a plan, how about the parking lots by the pepsi center or around that area? we could get to 36 in about 15 mins from there taking I 25 north. Anyone else know of a good open parking lot?
