Am I the only one that can't make sense of this statement?
The Z with the graphics is a tubeframe racecar built to the limit of SCCA GT3 rules. The skinny is being detailed in Nissan Sport Magazine, as the build is part of an ongoing series of project car articles that I'm writing (working title: Diary of the Truly Insane!). I tested the car at a ZCCC summer event last year and that experience led to the article I'm writing for the next issue. Any specific questions I can answer?
What happened to your BBS wheels on the road Z??? I loved those!
Thanks for the props! No worries about my BBS road wheels- I wouldn't give 'em up! But I also have a set of the original forged wheels from Ray that came with the track model. Didn't have any luck in trying to sell 'em, so I decided to press them into service for a Nissan Sport tire test (245/40-18 Nitto NT01s)- so that's what one of the pics is all about. Here's some other shots of the Z with those RG-Rs on:
