Default armorauto

I did some searching around for clear bra's, etc, and I found some info on armorauto, seems like a cool product and I'm thinking I might want it put on the car rather than a clear bra... Problem is after an hour or so of searching on the web I cant seem to find anyone who installs it in colorado... Does anyone know of a place that will do this in colorado?

thanks.

ok after hours and hours of searching... even calling their main phone number on their website and getting a list of contact names from them and calling all those (most of whom had never heard of armor auto even though I got their number from them (I guess they keep a list of all people interested, and gave me that, so I called back and got a list of people who actually have sprayed the product...)) And I FINALY found a guy who does it... His name is Bob and he owns fender menders in broomfield. He's done the spray many times and highly recomends it, and has done it for over a year now. He sprayed it on a white ford and has not had any yellowing on it (or anything else he's sprayed with it). He said you cant spray it on the head lights though as it will turn yellow there, but he said he has a pin stripe guy who can put a film on the head lights to protect them. He also said it takes 2 days to do the work because of prep work/spraying/drying time. He mentioned that his car has it on it and that it got hit in a parking lot by another car and scrapped his bumper, it of course did damage to the bumper but did not cause the coating to sheer/crack/etc. Sounds like good stuff...

I'm going down on thursday to get a quote from him, but without looking at it he estimated that to do the whole bumper, the fenders, and the lower 18 inches of the hood would cost $650, he said he can also put it on the mirrors if you want. His phone number is 3034651034.

Well I just got the car back from having the armor auto sprayed on the car. It looks quite amazing, though I havent tested how well it holds up to rocks, etc, it looks very nice, feels as smooth as a clear coat, wipes off like the rest of the car does, and covers all the way up under all the edges unlike most clear bra's. It also came with a 5 year warranty to not crack, chip, delaminate, or yellow. If it does, free replacement.

I'll be at the meet tomorrow April 7th so if you're interested in seeing it you can look at it. (I'll be there snow, rain, or sun with the Z).
