Default Moving to New Mexico!

I just took a job offer out in Las Cruces, New Mexico and will be moving out there in one month.

So I wanted to see if there are any fellow Z owners in the area???? Never been to that area before.......Don't really know what the area has to offer. Hit me up if your in the area or if you have any info.

R.T.

ive been living in Virginia for about a year now......honestly, i can't stand it. i am originally from texas, so i figured new mexico will be pretty close to home.

i mainly took the job for the money anyways.....gotta go where the money is!

hahaha...speaking of sand pit.......trust me, new mexico is no sand pit compared to iraq. i just finished my time in iraq and went straight to afghanistan with no break in between.....so i think i will be able to handle the "new mexico sand box".

some of my relatives live in new zealand, one of the most beautiful places on earth to live. they live in a 3 million dollar home right next to the ocean. ive seen many pictures, and its absolutely amazing. guess what... they are sick of it, lol. they are selling and want to move to texas. haha. living in paradise isnt always what its cracked up to be.

Las Cruces is a nice area. White Sands is a cool place where the college kids like to party for Labor Day.

What kind of job took you from VA to NM?

BTW, I don't live in NM but I'm from there. I graduated from NMSU.

Las Cruces? My condolences!!! I'm from Belen originally but alteast we had Alb lol. If I can think of a plus, you'll be about 40 mins from El Paso.. if that's a good thing or not. Maybe you'll like it there.

There are some interesting roads out that way. White sands is a def. for pictures. And Riodoso is just up the road for skiing and stuff like that. Dont forget the Balloon Fiesta in Alb in October. I expect to be in it again this year.

I have to get my Z out and clean her up ( dust off ). Shes such a garage queen!
