I say we leave your house no later then 7am Sean to head over and get in line. It will surely get crowded the longer we wait to get in line and getting there this early will assure us of getting good pit spots next to each other.

You guys pretty much have to be inline by 6am at bandimere to get a good pit spot up there.

 

Almost all pits are paved now and we shouldn't have any issues. Most of the close in ones will be blocked for car show, DB drags and sponser tents and food vendors anyway.

If you guys wanted to get there earlier we can, but 7 is usually fine IMO

So who else is going.................I don't know what other racetrack you are going to take your Z on this summer, might as well be this one.

I thought we might get some newcomers out for this one, I hope I am not wrong.

 

I have some discount spectator admission tickets if anyone needs em. Just speak up and they are yours.

I also want to see if anyone is on the fence on competing in this. I am so committed to trying to get more people out to something like this that I am thinking about offering this deal.
If you have never been out to race your car before, and you decide to try it out this Sunday. If you can win your first round of racing at this event I will pay for your entry fee.

Not sure if that will sweeten the pot for anyone or not, my guess is it won't. It seems the participation level this summer is nearly non existant with the exception of 10-15 or so regulars so far, hopefully that improves.

No............not after yout buddy whooped my *** in the final last week.

 

Okay, I am getting conflicting stories. Is this true bracket racing where you have to "dial in" the time you think your going to get and if you beat it your disqualified? Or is this all ***** out run as fast as you can. I'm in either way just wanna figure out how long I will be in before I am booted. This will be the first time I race with the new HP from the UTEC seeing that it will be tune the previous day! This is gonna be a blast! Hopefully a BUNCH of people show to race or at least spectate. This is true bracket racing, if you dial a 13.2 and you run a 13.0 your out, if the other guy didn't beat his dial by more.

There are some heads up classes, you are welcome to enter them if you want. I think the issue is you aren't going to be fast enough for that though.

When you are there Sunday, I will give you a very through explanation of this and how it works, it will become really easy once you are there.
