Default Blackjack in Vegas - need advice

I'm going to a wedding in Vegas later this month. The bachelor and I want to gamble, but some family members and friends are not blackjack players (our game of choice). I'm thinking I could get them to try it out if I find some low denomination tables.

Any Vegas peeps or regulars know of any casinos on the strip that would have $5 blackjack tables on a Friday night?

Should have added that I would prefer favorable rules, at least blackjack paying 3:2

Thanks!

Your going to have to get off the strip to find $5 tables. Go to the older section where the California is, there are a bunch of smaller casinos there that have those tables. As far as the newer sections like Caesars and such, good luck, can't even find those tables on a slow time of the day. Have fun.

maybe some of the older casinos like imperial palace, flamingo, ballys, harrahs, and maybe excaliber or tropicana.

Probably not any of those -- especially on a Friday night. There is one Irish style casino close to Harrah's that might do it, as well as Bills (across from Caesars), and maybe Stratosphere or Sahara. Otherwise, you could try Orleans or Gold Coast, but they are both slightly off strip.

Thanks for all the input everyone. Regarding the two threads in two different areas - I wanted the "entertainment" posters to help as well as any locals (i.e., in the Southwest forum).

Yep - someone else suggested that one too(on a different forum). Its called O'Sheas. They advertise $5 tables, but I'll have to check the rules (might be a 6:5 table).

Thanks for the suggestion.
