November HPDE/track day at PMI
We'll see, My car hasn't been over 4500 RPM yet, LOL. Only have 1400 miles. Yes, I know the break-in is over, so we'll see.
See you all on Saturday, BTW, where is the Larkspur exit? Is that near Castle Rock?
I will show up, weather permitting. I heard Sat is suppose to be really windy?

Chas-
Just to clarify: we're meeting at the southbound rest stop just south of the Larkspur exit. Both Larkspur and the rest stop are several miles south of Castle Rock
A little wind we can handle. Saturday is looking better and better. Crossing my fingers along with everybody else!

Z&02Max, Since you live in COS I would just wait along the interstate in COS and join us as we cruise thru on the way to Pueblo. That would save you the drive to Larkspur to just turn around and drive back the same direction. Just a thought.

By the time we get everybody going, I think it might be closer to 9:30 am before we get to the Springs. Just look for the biggest group of Z's you ever saw and follow us down!

OK, everybody- it's Friday and it's a beautiful, sunny day outside! The forcast for tomorrow is for slightly warmer temps (high 40's- low 50's), so I think our PMI day is a definite GO!
Please be sure to check your stuff: brakes and pad life, retorque wheels and pack helmet(s). It may be chilly tomorrow morning, so you may need to adjust tire pressures once we get to the track. Again, my recommendation is to start at 35# front and 35-36# rear, but stay under 40# as the tires heat up during the day. I think we have 10-12 cars (not all Zs), and I expect we'll all have some fun. I 'll see everyone at the rest stop just south of Larkspur (or on I-25 on the way to Pueblo)!

David, thanks for giving me a ride in your car. It's amazing how the car can perform with a good driver.
Good seeing some more Z owners. Next time I'll put the stock tires on and run my car, then I'll really have to be careful. My car likes to get squirly when I get on the accelerator.
