Default Colorado Z's

It seems that there is not too many of Colorado my350 members out there so I think that it’s safe to post this question?

What kind of Z and what color?

The reason I’m asking is that for the first time since I had the Z, I saw three of them in a single day. I can usually go a couple days without seeing one. I saw an orange coupe in a parking lot in Arvada, a blue roadster on Kipling a little past I-70, and a blue track coupe on Kipling in Lakewood. I also see a blue track coupe downtown by the Pavilions a lot.

I have a silver-stone touring coupe.

The blue roadster on Kipling could have been me. I was on my way home from Empire Nissan on Tuesday around 4:00 - 4:30. I live in Arvada.

Silverstone Performance here.

We've got a good-sized group out here, but certainly not as large as you'll see in a place like SoCal or Dallas.

For what it's worth, I've never seen more than 2 other Zs in a single day here (other than at our track days/mountain drives/etc...13 350Zs on our Aspen drive last summer was quite a sight!)

Welcome to the group!

I got a CS Performance almost a year ago but you probably haven't seen it out on the roads though that is about to change. I did join everyone for the Aspen drive last June which was a lot of fun. Took Independence Pass to get to Aspen and boy was that a ride.

Can't wait to get back home - two weeks and counting.

That's awsome, thanks for the response. It's good to hear that there's a good varity of Z's in Colorado.

I'm in littleton too, Hampton and Wadsworth. When I was test driving a brickyard purple one on Wadsworth right by Peak Nissan a black Z drive by and honked at me and the salesman. Was that you LegendaryZ? That Z sounds sweet.

Hopefully all the Z's will see each other around town.

Bottom, just start coming to the group meets/drives and you will see a whole bunch of Z's.
Hopefully this summer we can break the 13 count of Z's from the Aspen run. I know we can if we can get everyone's schedule to jive.

Myself..........I have a Lemans Track model. I live in Brighton, but just moved from the Arvada/Westminster area. You may have seen me, not sure.

It probably was me, since I bought my Z at Peak Nissan and drive by there rather frequently. It be great if we Coloradans especially those of us who live close could all get together occasionally and since summer is around the corner i should say somewhat frequently. Unfortunately my Z is going to be in the shop for the next couple of weeks as I get all my aftermarket stuff together. Well enjoy the nice weather everyone....

Pikes Peak White Enthusiast with the Nismo 18's plus some go-fast mods.

I live in the Tech Center near Hampden and South Monaco. -Close to Englewood

You guys need to come out to an autocross. Elway Nissan, where I bought mine, said there is a red track ed. that autocrosses, but I haven't seen him race. Only other Z that I have seen race at an event is a blue one that is not on the board. Granted this is my first year racing up here, BUT STILL!!! There were 228 cars at the last event (yesterday) and only 2 350's!

I tried my hardest to show up at the auto-x, but I was up until 4am Saturday night during an oil change, trying to get my oil filter off. Couldn't get it, so I gave up and went to bed.

I ended up jamming a screwdriver through the end of it and eventually got it off.

quick suggestion -- don't change your oil cold. make sure the engine is warm, it makes oil filter removal MUCH easier.

Silverstone Enthusiast here. Live in Boulder.

It would be nice to see more people at autocross this year. I was the only one at the Denver meets last year. Will be starting up again when the Summer series starts.
