Two months ago I got caught for doing 107 on the 805. The last time I had a ticket was mid of 2003. The ticket before that was in march of 2001. Do you think Ill get my license suspended or just a fine? Or maybe even both. I need a little word of encourage ment

I do not believe you start with a hearing.

Your first court date is for you to submit your plea, then if nec., they set a court date.

 

O, well i guess im pleading guilty. I just want to get it over with.
