Does anyone keep on getting the warning light for low tire pressure. I went to the dealer on saturday and they checked and said that the tires where just low. I drove to work this morning and it showed low again and went off. Is this a something i should look in to?
In the morning when it's cold out your tire pressures may be lower than what the sensor likes to see. That is why they always recommend you check your tire pressure after the car has sat overnight.
As a general rule your tire pressure will rise by ~1psi for every 10 deg. F. and that's why after driving for a while the warning light goes off.

What's your usual tire pressure? I know it goes off around mid-high 20's psi. Also keep in mind that on cold weather, it will drop your initial psi so all you have to do is simply put more air. I always check my tire pressure on a daily basis (via TPS guage) to insure I have the right pressure especially since I'm running low profile tires.
Only one of my sensors is active. The car is 3 weeks old. I have not had a chance to get to the dealer to have them look at it. But my low pressure light has come on 4 times. I live in CT and have traveled to NJ two weekends in a row and the light came on the way there about 45 min in to the trip and the way back about 45 min into the trip. It wont go off untill i turn the car off. But when i start it back up it doesnt come on. i have checked the pressure of all four tire manually and the pressure is fine. Anyone else had this problem
