Anybody with a V1 lip, hotchkiss springs, and 19 inch on the Z in So Cal?


I am looking to get a V1, but don't know about the clearance of my driveway. Just thought I ask so I can check it out.

I think Zman23 is that exact set up.

 

Yea, I got that set up! If you take a pack of cigs and stand it up, that is how much clearance you have from the V1 to the ground with the Hotchkis suspension. Just take it slow as you go into your driveway is all and go at an angle(45 deg), right coco350!

Guess I have to go and get a pack of cigs as I don't smoke (hehe). How far does it sticks out horizontal from the factory bumper?

Btw, is your v1 lip made out of fiberglass? Are you going to the SB cruise?

Sho is my secretary, have u noticed? ha! just givin' ya sh*t Sho! anyway, I don't smoke but have buddies that do and use that as an example.
I can show u my set up at the SB cruise as well. I have the urethane lip, more durable than the fiberglass which was my first one until the Nissan dealership busted it off by putting my car on the wrong rack for an oil change. Dumb a$$es!!

 

I couldn't get my shift **** off so I sold it to Skar718 who already had his shift **** off... and besides Skar718 is going to orage out his z anyway.

I've had my urethane V1 lip painted 3 times now, I'm lowered with eibachs. It scrapes so much everywhere that I have taken it off. Last time the paint only lasted 2 months before it scraped and started flaking off. Anyone wanna buy a urethane V1 with shaved veilside logo?

 

I got one. yes it hits, the bottom is scratched but it holds up!
