1. Why would they let you drive off if the deal was not final.
2. You have a SIGNED contract that is breach of contract.
3. If you return the car now they can't sell the car as new so they lose money.

They are blowing smoke up your **** and if you give in then you are the sucker. I would stand your ground and fight it if I were you. We use that ish on many people at the dealer all the time. It amazes me how many people give in to this scam called BAIT AND SWITCH.....Don't give in Brian I know what they are doing to you....
I guess that'll explain some cars only having a few hundred miles on them when I'm looking at "certified' used cars.

same thing happened to me when i traded in my is300 they tried to tell me i needed another 2k down 3 days after i got the car so i told them to just give me my car back but they said it was sold and they didnt have it anymore...so i went down there to talk to the sales manager and i look over at the little area where they have the used cars and there was my is300 so i was like wtf...well i ended up keeping the z and not having to put any money down..happy to hear you got your z back,it may not be as practical as the yukon but is sure is prettier

well we all know dealerships are sneaky so always get everything signed and in writing. If you have the signed contract just threaten sue and that should shut them up
