Default South County Overview

South County Overview. I broke this down to two other zoom maps, north of the 52 and those south of the 52. Cause I couldn't figure out how to get it so the stupid labels didn't all collide.

Default Okie dokes...

So finally I got some lull time and did the map thing. All the silver/silvertone are using the white push pins. Sunset I approx. use the yellow pins.

I tried some icons out for the Z and they don't look so good so I'll figure out something when I get time again.

Sorry about all the pics (for those on modem). I couldn't figure out how to get everyone to fit nicely on just one map.

Maybe later I'll get the images to a off-site server so if I need to update the maps, I don't need to do another batch of photos.

Anyways, back to work. Enjoy!

I was just thinking; there's a handful of us right in the mira mesa/utc area.

Right off 805 and Mira Mesa Blvd is a Togos and Starbucks.

The lot is huge, and relatively vacant...so it's a good place for our cars. It ultimately depends on the hour though. If you guys can hold your hunger till around 1 or 1:30, it would be even less crowded.

Thumbs up

Excellent map. Man, I didn't know there were so many Z's around me. I think I saw one of you guys while I was getting gas at the Mira Mesa Chevron. Who has the DB?

Buy the way, any you guys going to the MEga Meet in OC?

Niko and I will both be going to the Mega Meet (and it was probably his DB that you saw in Mira Mesa blvd).

That would be cool on the weekends, but I work up in Carlsbad... so it's a pain to come back down just for lunch. If there's somewhere inbetween I wouldn't mind ( hehe like pizza port ). Parking is kinda limited to some degree though.

Man, driving on the freeways this weekend might not be such a good idea. Although going to Julian is tempting.... mmmm... pies....

Speaking of which, why don't we just organize another SD meet and then we'll definitely be able to get lunch AND a drive.

I'm down for Sundays drives usually Saturdays I'm busy taking care of stuff I procrastinated during the week. So call a date and I'm down.

Yeah this weekend will be pretty bad, but perhaps it'll be localized to downtown SD?

Default How about Feb 2 Otay/Jamul?

I know we all like the Julian/Palomar run, but how about visiting the "South Side" February 2nd? I used to ride this route when I had my motorcycle. It's not as tight-hairpin-turny as Palomar, so it's more of a cruise. Great view of the Lakes too! If memory serves me right, there should be a BBQ Restaurant midway and we could have lunch there . If we leave at 9 we should be back by 1 pm or so. Please tell me what you guys think.

Ganz: count me in. i've been to the "honky tonk" @ barrett many times with the sportbike groups.

sundays are good for me, and 9am is a good time.

Damn didn't know this thread existed. I should have my Z in March or April. But I live in Carlsbad. Work in Mira Mar. So I can hook with anyone =D

Live in La Costa, Carlsbad

Work off of Carrol Road in Mira Mar.

I've seen a CS Z roll by a few times.

94 and Jamacha. East County

Chrome Silver Enthusiast. Didn't see another Z on the road until last week. Since last Wednesday, I've seen a Silverstone in East County, Datona Blue on 8, and Chrome Silver on 15. The club is growing!!
