There were a lot of people that weren't able to make the August run and I promised to set up a September run. So, please put your name and preferred dates. September 24th is out due to the Turbonetics meet. (I might be in Hawaii that weekend too )

There is actually a coffee shop in the same plaza area to the left of Ralphs that is a perfect spot to meet. Important thing to note, coming in to the Ralphs parking lot, keep it cool. Last time there were two motorcycle cops that were using radar and hitting people left and right with tickets.

Comments
1. Most of you have been on these runs before so you know safety is the first and foremost concern. Do not drive beyond you or your Z's limits. If you want to go a little faster, you're up front. If you want to take it easy, stay in the rear.
2. Keep enough distance between you and the car in front of you. This is probably the single best thing you can do to stay safe.
3. Do not exceed the speed limit on Mulholland Highway. There are simply too many cops on that stretch of road to bother going faster than posted speed limits.
4. The meet time is 9:00 a.m. with a departure time of 9:30 a.m. sharp
5. My cell is available by PM.
6. I am not an event coordinator and anyone attending this run does so at his or her own risk and assumes the liability for any personal injury or property damage.
7. Gas up in advance of attendance. Check your tires for pressure and wear.

Hi there...I've never gone on a run, but I was driving along PCH sometime last year and saw a clan of Z's during one of your runs, so I've been wanting to join the group. Just one thing I'm worried about...I don't know if I can keep up with you all in the canyons...so what's the normal routine like for these runs? Is it all canyon driving or is there a good amount of straight road driving? I just get myself sick driving fast with all the narrow turns though the canyons. Tried it a couple times as a driver and also as a passenger in my Z, but after 10 minutes, I was done. I know, I'm a lightweight.

Denise, you're welcome.

The routine is, faster cars up front, slower cars in rear. Usually we have a middle man who leads up the cruisers and ideally a tail man who knows the route incase of a break-up. Relax, come out, take it easy, stay somewhere in the middle to the rear of the pack and you'll have a great time.

Suggestion, if you get sick, you're better off driving rather than sitting as a passenger. And, there are motion sickness pills like bonine or dramaine for sea travel that help.
