The 19th is when this is happening. If you are in SD meet at the BB parking lot, LA/OC at the parking lot at the Spectrum. Spectrum 9:00, SD BB parking lot at around 10 or 10:30. Any questions?

Okay, I will be making the official thread shortly. Should I make one or two lists? I brought this issue up in the beginning, but Rick said we'd sort it out once we get the official list going...well, since I'm going to be starting that now, I'd like to hear what you guys think.

1. Keep it simple with one list and just go with that? If you're not there on time, we leave without you. Since this is a multi-stop cruise, we will not be waiting up for laggers since we have other people waiting at various locations.

2. Make two lists; one for people meeting at the Irvine Spectrum, one for people meeting the the BB parking lot. This is more complicated, but it allows us to gauge whether everyone is there. However, some people may not even show up and we may be waiting for no reason. For this reason, I'm thinking screw this idea and just stick with option 1. This also makes for less work.

Also, the cruise is happening on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19. I'll keep you guys posted.

Exactly. However, the BB is in Oceanside.

11:30 - 12:15 PM: Drive from Best Buy along main cruise route (Oceanside to La Jolla) (~25 miles, averge speed is around 40MPH; also factor in traffic lights)

12:15 - 12:30 PM: Drive on 805/163 to Hazard Center (La Jolla area to Hazard Center)

12:30 - ???: Main meet at Hazard Center

All times are probably +/- 15 minutes (more likely plus since as we saw at the RR meet, it becomes difficult to exit as a group!). Note that this is just a guesstimate. Depending on traffic, the times may be off significantly.
So unless there are any objectives, I will be using this as our official schedule. Speak now or....

We need a frim leaving time I think 9:30 from the spectrum and probably 11:15 from the BB parking lot. I think this erases any questions of waiting for someone or not. If someone is late the directions are here and they can catch up.

I put down 9:45 and 11:30, which are 15 mins off from the times you listed. But like I said, it will all depend on traffic and travel time between points.

If you went to the RR meet, for example, you will have noted that once everyone was ready to go on the cruise, it took some people as long as 10-15 minutes just to get out of the PARKING LOT! I don't think that should be as great an issue in this case, but +/-15 minutes shouldn't make a huge difference. That is not to say that we're not aiming for those times, but realistically the time will vary no matter what. As long as we are not like 1/2 hour or more off, I think we're good (plus I don't wanna change all the times . )

I live in Oceanside. My buddy from SD is driving up to BB to meeting and cruise back down to Hazard Center - right by her house!
Z-ya at BB.
