Thumbs up Performance Nissan: Great service... reaffirmed!

W/o going into too much details, (cuz details bore too many people). I took my Z in for a 36K mile service (moderate? tune up) and I once again reaffirmed their great service!

They have revamped the service dept even more than the last time I was there.... the write up was very fast and efficient. Service rep greeted me with a professional attitude. Also, I was offered a free Capuccino (a free vending machine ticket) from the service rep. Oh yeah... I can't forget the fresh baked Cinamon bread (home made by Jen!). Thanks Jen! You bake well!!

Thanks to Jeff and Jen, I was able to pass the time very fast!! While I waited for my car, Jeff, Jen and I caught up on old time and new events. Just incase you guys are wondering what Jeff's been up to lately, he's been busy with some personal project at home! Wait to see/ hear from himself! Not only does he have great service/ business style, he also has great carpentry skills. (That's all the hints I'm going to give yall.)

Oh yeah, I "toured" the new and improved internet dept which consists of 8 (i think it was) computer stations in one room where Andy and other Perf Nissan guys log on line! The room provide a comfy working environment..... So that's where you guys log in.

Just wanted to share with you my pleasant experience at Performance Nissan (once again). Well, I drive all the way up to Duate from South Bay so that alone oughta tell ya something.

Nice review.

I'm taking my Z up there next week Friday to get my rear axle clicking fixed. I took it in before but I think they just re-greased the axle. I want to get the full tsb performed this time.

I'll be driving up from Santa Ana so I hope they make the trip worth it and have the parts to perform the fix! I'll be looking forward to their revamped service department.

I've been "visiting" Performance Nissan almost weekly for the last two months....not by choice but because of all kinds of little things:
radiator install
Loose Turbo Coupler
Wheel Stud installs....many many wheel stud installs.....
Oil Changes
Clutch/flywheel install

Tony and Tim rock!!!

I didn't know Jeff had power over the service department. Sweet. I'll give him a call but somehow I feel bad bugging people over my car. I'm no one special, heh.

We'll see what he says.

I placed my order through Performance for a Veilside V1 lip last Thursday. I talked to Andy (great guy) and he's trying to get my lip here by Wednesday, so I could get it installed along with my sideskirts that same day by my body/paint shop.

Hoping this works out because if then I can send the car in for paint/install on Wednesday, get the car back on Friday, put her into storage, and go on vacation. Andy, if you're reading this, I have my fingers crossed =)

Thanks Andy =)

I know you're probably trying your best. If you can't get it to me by Thursday, don't sweat it. I'll just pick it up in the middle of next week. Thanks for the effort =)

+1 with performance being the best and Jason taking good care of me. So today my car needed some brake pads. I went to Jason and he got me the best price for some Hawk brake pads not only that I soon as I am ready I will get my Stoptec Big Brake System from them. Just make sure you that you talk to Jason he'll take good care of you.
