I paid somewhere around $590 OTD for bumper, headlights, fenders, hood, and mirrors. I'm sorry but that's all I know, you'll have to call them to find out the bumper. But I'm sure it won't be much unless you have a custom lip/bumper that they'll have to cut by hand. Which by the way is where EDL shines above the rest, most of their clients are ferrari, porsche, lamborghini owners who want their ENTIRE CAR clearbra'd straight from the dealership. I remember the day I was there they had a Carrera GT straight off the closed truck and the owner was there to see it for the first time. Only to say goodbye for a few weeks while they clearbra'd the entire car (by HAND, not a kit). I got to admire it closeup though and talk to the owner. He was pretty cool, takes a lot of patience to wait that long and not even be able to drive it though..
Edit: I went to their website and found a pic of the Carrera GT coming off the truck.

Okay, I just spoke with Bhane (or Bain) from Envisage. Anyways, I just asked for a stock front bumper only, and he said it would be around $312 (or somewhere around there). This would be a computer-cut pattern. If you want get a lip custom-wrapped, it would be $395 total, including the pre-cut OEM bumper pattern. He did say he would possibly discount the price if we setup a mini GB.
He seems to be well-known on Ferrarichat.com. Also, they offer a 5 year warranty and use the NEW 3M material. If this sounds good to you guys, let me know!
