Actually Imperial Beach is looking much better nowadays. They've added the new pier and cleaned up the beach area. A lot of new houses and condos are also sprouting in that area.

The drive down Palm Ave could use a lot of cleaning up. I do like the colored plexiglass surfboards though on the beach.
