I had slower times than last time. I hit 14.6 the whole night, even with good & bad 60ft launches. There was a brand new M5 that hit a 15.2.

The M3 was with us. He also hit bad times, highest trap was 98mph. Thats a 05 M3 competition package, its supposed to trap 100+.

LACR has too many factors that work against your times: Temperature, traction off the launch pad, high altitude, and dirt.

I remember running there when temps were 95+, I could not break pass 14.7. The only reason I can possibly think of why I like this track is: At least wheelhop on my Z is minimal for 2nd and 4th gear (I get wheelhop on 4th at California Speedway).
