what exhaust would you guys prefer for my 06 z. i know a bunch of arseholes are gonna get mad cuz i should look it up from past posts but fact is, NEW EXHAUSTS COME OUT. im thinkin about gettin the exhaust and i want it to have basically the same sound but a little more hp, woot woot. any ideas guys

coming across as a little hostile arent you? as for exhausts the more popular ones are nismo, hks, invidia, etc

And in all seriousness it depends on what you want

a) y-pipe back
b) non true dual cat back
c) true dual catback



there really is not true best exhaust.

you need to get some inhaling mods first, or your gains will be relatively minimal. get intake and a plenum spacer, first.

Yo Deluzrider If You Want A Plenum Spacer I Have A Mrev One For The Rev-up Engine (anniversary-me & 06-you) Thats In My Garage Doesnt Add Too Much Horse Power But Significant Amount Of Torque... This Is One Of Those Inhaling Mods.

That's the Nismo. The rest all change the sound quite a bit.

My best advice...don't call people azzholes and try to meet up with a few to hear their exhausts in person. It's a lot of coin to drop.

nobody said look at old posts to me so i didnt call neone an azzhole. it seems each ? someone asks someone just hates on them for not lloking at old posts even though things change.

There is pretty much only one new exhaust system out that I know of... that would be the ISM SOLUTIONS Intimidator exhaust. There is a thread about it in the marketplace section as well as intake exhaust forum.

Other than that, search old threads as you know you should.

The fact is .... there are not any new exhausts ... save for some new eBay knock-offs and other misc. crap.

Go to a car meet ... listen to the exhausts that are installed on the cars ... choose the one you like. They are all just about the same.

That said, buy the Nismo, it will suit you well.

i have a Nismo which is really clean and classy sounding where u can talk to a girl in the car on a date

but i killed that beautiful sound with some test pipes
