Haha, sorry guys. We're not going to accept the RSVP e-mails yet until we set the date in stone. We will announce here on the thread exactly when we'll start taking the RSVP's and arranging time slots for them.

heezyo2o: We're closed on Sundays. The event will have to take place on a Saturday.

Can you make a new thread when you make it official so we won't miss it?

Thanks.

Sure, if the canyon run is the only other event happening on the 10th, then maybe we can coordinate and do them both the same day? We're actually only about 10 minutes away from Santa Monica...so if you guys were running Malibu, you could just take Lincoln down to our area and meet here for lunch. I'm sure you guys will all be hungry after running the canyons all morning.

Wow, similar thinking bro. I just posted in the other thread that we could caravan down right after. If you guys start at 11 or 12, we should pretty much be done by then.

heezy, I was just about to PM you on that also. So if it's cool with everyone that's doing the canyon run then we'd like to do that. Our PM is full right now, so if you could just send me an e-mail and we can work everything out. It's chris.c@brainstormperformance.us

BSP - I sent you an email for reservations. BTW - I wanna do a clear bra install that day as well. I think I saw a past forum post here for group discounts for this service at your place (I think it was the same shop ). Anyway, if I'm not mistaken, I can still get that price?

No, I actually tried non-alcoholic beer in my engine and it worked better. I gained about 5whp compared to 91.

Sorry I won't be there... oh well. I'll be checking in in case you guys change the date.

Hey Guys,

Just to let you all know we are going to make a couple of changes to the way we arrange the runs. We will still take RSVP's probably for the first four cars. We'd like everyone that wants to dyno to send RSVP's regardless, because we will then do a raffle system after we've done the first four runs. (depending on how much time is left in the day)

Of course if we have extra time left in the day, we will continue to raffle and get as many people on the dyno as possible.

I will be posting a new thread in a little while when we will start accepting RSVP's. This post is just to update everyone and give everyone a fair amount of time to see that we will start accepting soon.

We need to get an idea of how many people are coming so that we can make sure we have the right of amount of food. We'd appreciate it if everyone that's coming can post a reply saying that they're coming. I'll keep a list on this thread of people who are planning on coming. Thanks guys.

Hi,

At this time, I'm not sure on how many people will be attending. I've also posted on another forum, so I'm hoping for a decent number. There are some people who show up without posting, so it's somewhat difficult to predict the outcome. I'll have a better idea by mid next week however. Some of the people on your list look to be attending the run, so for foodwise, I think you'll have enough.

heezyo2o: Yeah, I understand. Whatever idea you can give me next week would be great. We really appreciate your coordinating with us even though your event was scheduled first. Thanks bro.

I can't make the 10th but if you do another event like this another weekend I'm definitely in. Sounds like it'll be very cool.
