thats sweet but I thought some guy on the forums had a 550whp Z on a stock block

O and an Exige with a ST kit with 300whp gives you the power to weight ratio of an ENZO and still spent less than a Z06 and you have a much more exotic car than a Vette

not in southern cali

Bigbri in northern cali was running 550 on a stock block but blew it after a few weeks.

I decided to stay where I am until I get a build block otherwise I'd still have room to add more power

Thanks to brainstorm for the event. Can't beat a free dyno and I thought the food they had was quite good.

There were some stock cars that were making more power than some modded cars, so that was quite informative for some. It was also interesting to see how the revup engines compared to the non-revup.

Even if these guys are NA or lightly modded, do you actually expect them to pass on a free dyno?

Default pics

lots of pics of the Elise that showed up. A couple in general pics. (those are at the end of my gallery)

http://www.opticchaos.com/

Good times it was! Thanks!

Here were my numbers from the run.

248.4hp at engine
224.4tq

224.5hp at wheels

At Church Automotive I threw down these numbers on their dynopack.

257.5hp
250.27tq

Both places SAE corrected. Interesting I say!

you take very nice pictures, I'm impressed, too bad you didn't take any of my car.

The Dynamics dyno Brainstorm is using is probably the truest whp dyno since it's load based and so the best for tuning, but it never shows impressive numbers. Typically a Dynojet will have + 13% of the whp on a Dynamics dyno. So your numbers on a dynojet should be around 254

Nice camera Mr. Q
My best numbers were:

Engine
268.9 hp @ 6907 RPM
229.6 lb-ft @ 5043 RPM

Wheel
234.1 hp @ 6907 RPM

I was a little diappointed, but not really. I'm going to use this as a base test and go from there.

Thanks
BSP
