going to Irwindale tomorrow in case anyone wants to join

 

Tom, a bunch of us will be on the infield all night, come by and say hello! Maybe go for a ride-along if you want

If I don't see you , I'll come by the 1/8 and check out a few of your runs

I will be there.... I hope some other z and g's show. I wonder why people dont come out. would they rather street race? Its alot of fun and the people are friendly and willing to help out when needed. The only reason not to go is there arent alot of ladies at the track. . I hope to see more this time!

 

We would rather hit up a 1/4 mile strip other than LACR with its stupid elevation and wind issues.

 

I might cruise on over with the car fellow Z owners dont be shy to say hi and welcome me into your fight club

we all prefer 1/4 mile but at least irwindale is weekly and it's fast and not at the end of the world

 

yeah I miss fontana. I do love irwindale. because you get to whip on mustangs and civics! lol. Man I love to race!

Both drift on the infield and drags went very well tonight, it was good meeting Nissansource on his way back to the drags very nice car!

It looks like they're going to allow us to run 1-2 Thurs. nights a month on the infield which is great! Hopefully this will keep all the FF3 newbs off the streets for at least one night a month

Tom, I didn't get to meet you , but I'm pretty sure I saw your car there... I'll try to spend more time by the drags next time

 

I saw a few Z's on the return road, I wasn't happy tonight, I did not break 7's for the first time in almost a year, my new suspension is killing me, I can't wait till the softer springs arrive.

I want to learn how to drift, do they give lessons there or is it trial and fail?

 

You can sign up at www.driftday.com They have instructors who are vey helpfull and most first timers get the hang of it within a few hours. Keep an eye on the site though, since the events sell out quick.
