Sounds like you have to show so that you can lead the pack!

This COULD be a full color meet! I know we have:

Chrome Silver (Audio Pat)
Daytona Blue (HFM)
Super Black (Snoopyz)
Red (zman32)
Silverstone (Dczoner)
Le Mans Sunset (NismoEagleRock)

... Now where's the brickyard & the white? Huh??? I know XPS has a white but he's gotta work. Zeeing? Are you gonna be able to make this? That'd be a brick.

I want a full color meet! No more of this "Silverstones R Us"! Look forward to seeing y'all next weekend.

Oh man, now you've gotten my hopes up! Now you gotta come out, otherwise we'll send strongly worded letters of disapproval.

Hey, just out of curiosity, what are you driving those Quart's with? I'm looking at getting the RSD or RSC 216, and playing around with driving them with a PPI 4 channel or 2 channel, or possibly going all out and finding an a/d/s amp. Any word on the sound stage with the Quart? Did you install the tweets too, and if so did you mount them off-angle? See now you have to come out because I have to hear your system! LOL.

Take care, hope to see you at the meet!

dczoner-
I dont know too much about stereos per se, I had it all done for me by a local stereo shop.
I do know that I changed everything out. Doors, Tweets, Rears, and added a 12" sub. All MB Quartz. Sounds is amazing. Hits pretty hard.
I think I have a 800watt MTX amp 5 ch. doing it all. (Not sure). Stock (non-bose) head unit. Dont know how the tweets were mounted.
When you look at the inside of my car, it looks totally stock. (Stealth). Tweets are behind the covers, and sub is under the carpet in the tire well in a custom box. You can not see anything at all if you were to look inside. Just the way I wanted it.

I will try to make it. That is, if there is no waves. Surf comes before anything else.

See ya, Tony

Iris has Brickyard. If Durso shows, I think we will have the first meet where every color is represented. Woooo.

We'll meet up in the morning, drive down Kanan road to Latigo Canyon, stop off at the Rockstore. Ending up on PCH, we'll take it all the way north up to Neptune's Net and have lunch there. On the way back, we can head back to Yankee Doodles for drinks, pool etc. Or, perhaps we can do another Caynon run after lunch.
Is this still the current situation? Do people still like this plan? Want somebody to confirm this sometime this week....

Anyone interested in doing a warm-up run at latigo this saturday? I'm most definitely going to, so if anyone wants to join me, we could pick a place to meet up, and go do the drive. It's not actually a very long drive, and I'm going to take it pretty easy on saturday. Gotta save my breaks and tires for sunday. Might not be a bad idea for those who haven't driven latigo before to scope it out before the run, just so you know what to expect. Anyway, if anyone wants to join me on saturday, speak up, and we'll pick a place to meet. Really looking forward to this weekend. My first meet/run. See you all there!

Going to be a helluva turn-out. Short of a major rain-out, the above date, time, location stands.

We need someone to lead this pack of Zs. Whomever has been down this run before or who has done a warm-up run has lead. Is that going to be you kaiser?

mmmaybe.

I haven't done the other part of the run getting TO latigo before, but I've done latigo 3 or 4 times now. I usually just take PCH to latigo canyon, and I drive it out, and back, and then take pch back home. (I live in Marina del Rey) Maybe I'll just go scope out the entire run on saturday instead of just doing latigo.
