Speeding ticket!!
says i was going 75 in a 45, i know i was going slower than that. some tailgater was on my *** and i literally had to speed up or else he would have been on my tail high beaming me the whole way. it was a one lane street so i couldnt go into another lane. says i was breaking CVC 22349(a). anyone ever have this ticket or similar and let me know what you did to win/beat the ticket. thanks. oh yeah this was in huntington beach.
