Just let the police do their job. Wait till he gets a copy of the police report. Then get the cops to go over there. At that point, he will have no choice but to give you back your money. It is THEFT, outright! As petty as the merchandise is, don't think he wants to be booked for this.....if he's smart!

Police won't do anything. The only way for u to get ur money back is to sue him in small claim court....will you wast ur troubles for 250?
