its a 3inch..i believe they only have a 3inch exhaust for topspeed.. ill try to take pictures tonight or tomorrow and send it... the condition is good... only scratches on the bottom of exhaust tip due to parking lots.. my car is lowered.....

yes i did notice a better acceleration/gains.... the sound i liked it with my testpipes... it was loud, but not stupid loud... i dont knoe i like loud exhaust... but not ricey loud... and ill get the picture to you asap...

oh sorry... hehe.. yes it does look good... honestly i dont like the canister look, but i liked how it came out.... and it also has the 350z tone, which other aftermarket exhaust dont have.... hehe..

Call the police department in his city, and file a theft and fraud charge against him. We helped a board member out quite a while ago, with our own brand of investigative work. It was scary and exciting at the same time.....anyway, file a police report. This is your best bet to start. Make sure you file theft and fraud. Once that is done, send him a copy of the police report. Then see what happens.

I hate to break it to you, but you are liable not to get either back. The police report may get you something though.

Well, see if the cops are willing to go over. Since you gave him the money, and he still "technically" has the merchandise you paid for, it is theft of money and merchandise. I don't know how it works, but you can bring that up to them also.

I did some research for you. Found something interesting at that address. Obviously he lives with mom, and/or mom and dad. I also have a phone number for you at the 1207 s kenmore address. Will pm you info. This is the site I found it on:
