Actually the only time I can do cars on the weekdays would be 6a.m. I'd come to you. I'm located in Costa Mesa... The weekends are open from a.m. to p.m. As long as you have a hose and an outlet for my porter cable I can do it. On the weekends you could drop your car off at my house actually.. I have a canopy but I can still come to you whichever you prefer. :]

Looks like you are not using thumbnail images, forcing the full image to always load and you're just using the "height" and "width" attributes of the IMG SRC tag? Slows the page down.
Also just IMO but the glowing header text looks like you're trying too hard.

As a web developer, here are my suggestions:
* Flashing Text: Don't use it. It's a bit cheesy and old-school. Just make a classy static image that stands out. It'll look more professional.
* Logo: Remove the top frame or just thin it out...it's huge! Maybe try putting your header/logo on the top-left of the left frame instead. Or just insert the header at the top of every webpage. People won't be scrolling down too much anyway so nothing is really sacrified. But the top frame needs to go.
* Maguires: This is almost too prominent. I would move it to below the navigation links. With your own logo on top of the links it might balance it out. Worth a try anyway. But the current branding almost looks like you're visiting a Maguires website, not yours.
* Gallery: Post only high quality pics. Crappy pics will make it look like you do a poor service.
* Navigation: When you first hit the site you see your services with a "next" link to go through them. From the services navigation link you get them all at once. I would use one or the other but not 2 different ways of displaying the same info.

Looks great! I would think about removing that picture of yourself (assuming it is you). There is a chance that some older people might judge you by your age ( you look young ) rather than the quality of work you do.
hmm i thought that was a bad pic of myself but i thought it was good in a way as well.. as it shows me at meguiars garage.... so maybe people would feel better knowing I took some classes from them... ??
A little structure would be nice, like using tables to layout content. The top left logo should be res'ed down... and put into a GIF format.
If this is your first site, it looks good. You'll refine things as you learn more about Web development.

Hey Josh nice work on the cars your Z looks great, it looks like you were able to get all the scratches out!
Good luck with the biz. I thought about trying it on the side myself and I realized, I think I would only really like to work on my own car

Not that I know much about web design... The last website I made was when I was in Jr. High and playing Ultima Online. Nevertheless, your website looks too old school and non-professional (amateur).
I like the simplicity and it is basically elegant, minus the frames and flashing text as mentioned.
Good luck with everything, I didn't really mean to sound harsh if that's how it came off.
